1、檢查風(fēng)機(jī)底座必須牢固，電機(jī)、電機(jī)支架等部分螺栓必須鎖緊；

Make sure the blower base fastness and tighten all bolts.

2、風(fēng)機(jī)進(jìn)風(fēng)口必須清潔，排除任何雜物，并安裝進(jìn)口消音器，鎖緊；

Ensure no foreign matters stay on air inlet, install inlet silencer and tighten.

3、檢查三角帶松緊程度，皮帶輪確保在一條直線上；

Check V-belts tightness and ensure a pair of pulleys on a straight line.

4、電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)向根據(jù)風(fēng)機(jī)要求調(diào)好，禁止風(fēng)機(jī)逆轉(zhuǎn)；

Adjust motor rotation direction, ensure no reversion.

5、檢查油箱有無(wú)潤(rùn)滑油（N220中負(fù)荷工業(yè)齒輪油），風(fēng)機(jī)靜止?fàn)顟B(tài)下油位不要高于油窗中心位置；若高于中心，多余的油會(huì)從墻板散熱孔溢出。

Check if there’s lubricating oil in oil tank(N220 Industrial middle load gear oil). Oil level should stay below the center of oil window when the blower is static. Or, surplus oil will overflow from ventilation holes on side plates.

6、確保出風(fēng)口管道暢通無(wú)阻(單向閥的方向要正確，閘閥、蝶閥等要打開(kāi))，禁止風(fēng)機(jī)帶負(fù)荷起動(dòng)；

Ensure outlet is unobstructed (Check valve with correct direction, keep gate valve, butterfly valve open), and forbid blower overload operation.

7、管道各部分安裝正確（詳情請(qǐng)參閱羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)、真空泵使用說(shuō)明書(shū)）,風(fēng)口、彈性接頭、進(jìn)、出口消音器、單向閥，連接牢固；hdfj11com

Check pipes are installed correctly (Please refer to roots blower/vacuum pump operation manual)and ensure the connections (air vent,flexible joint, inlet&outlet silencers, check valve)are fastness. 

8、一切就緒，開(kāi)機(jī)前先用手輕輕轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)皮帶輪，確保風(fēng)機(jī)輕輕轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，如有異物請(qǐng)立即排出，方可開(kāi)機(jī)。

Rotate the pulley by hand before starting, to confirm no foreign matters is inside, then start up.

9、 壓力表的注意事項(xiàng)：首先確保壓力表頂端的排氣口通暢。開(kāi)機(jī)前務(wù)必先將壓力表開(kāi)關(guān)處于打開(kāi)狀態(tài)，以免造成壓力表的損壞。

Pressure Gauge NOTICE: Ensure air vent which is on top of pressure gauge is unobstructed. Meanwhile, keep gauge switch be open when start up blower, in case pressure gauge damages.
